Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies (about 1 standard package)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted

Instructions
- Crush the Oreos:
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
- Alternatively, place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- Make the Oreo Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese.
- Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Shape the Balls:
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate:
- Chill the Oreo balls for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Coat with Chocolate:
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork or toothpick to fully coat.
- Tap off excess chocolate and place the coated balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Decorate and Chill:
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle each ball with holiday sprinkles for a festive touch.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve or Store:
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
- For a variety of flavors, try using flavored Oreo cookies (e.g., mint or golden Oreos).
- Use contrasting chocolate for drizzling (e.g., white chocolate drizzle on dark-coated Oreo balls).
- These can be frozen for up to 2 months—thaw in the fridge before serving.
