- 7 ounces marshmallow cream (or fluff)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly. Set aside. - Make the Fudge Base:
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, granulated sugar, and heavy cream. Heat over medium, stirring until the butter melts and sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. - Add Marshmallow Cream and Flavoring:
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow cream, orange extract, and food coloring until smooth. - Incorporate White Chocolate:
Stir in white chocolate chips until melted and creamy. - Pour and Set:
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and tap to release air bubbles. Let cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm. - Slice and Serve:
