Ingredients
- 4 cups sweetened cranberry juice
- 2 cups 100% pure orange juice (without pulp)
- 2 cups ginger ale
- Zest of 1 lime
- 2–3 whole cinnamon sticks
- 2–3 star anise pods
- Fresh thyme sprigs (or rosemary) for garnish
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, lime zest, cinnamon sticks, and star anise.
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add ginger ale and stir gently.
- Add ice cubes to keep the punch chilled.
