Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 cups 100% pure orange juice (without pulp)
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 23 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 23 star anise pods
  • Fresh thyme sprigs (or rosemary) for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, lime zest, cinnamon sticks, and star anise.
  • Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Just before serving, add ginger ale and stir gently.
