Description

Chewy, sweet, and packed with classic s’mores flavors, these No Bake S’mores Cookie Dough Bites combine oats, graham crackers, chocolate chips, and marshmallows into an easy, no-bake treat perfect for quick snacking or sharing.


Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, graham cracker crumbs, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Stir in mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows, distributing them evenly through the dough.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
  5. Place bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
