Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, graham cracker crumbs, and a pinch of salt.
- Add peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows, distributing them evenly through the dough.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
- Place bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
