Description

These no-bake peanut butter oat cups are an easy and healthy treat that combines the creamy richness of peanut butter, the sweetness of chocolate, and the hearty goodness of oats. Ready in just over an hour, this four-ingredient recipe is perfect for snacks, desserts, or a quick energy boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Combine oat flour, maple syrup, and peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  2. Form the Cups: Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Press the dough mixture evenly into each cup to create a base layer.
  3. Add Chocolate Layer: Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Pour the melted chocolate over the base layer in each muffin cup.
  4. Set: Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the chocolate hardens and the cups are firm.
  5. Serve: Once set, remove the cups from the muffin tin and enjoy!

Notes

  • Storage Tip: Keep the cups in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
  • Customizations: Swap peanut butter for almond or sunflower seed butter, or use dark chocolate for a richer taste.
  • Make Your Own Oat Flour: Blend rolled oats in a food processor until finely ground.
