Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter in a bowl and mix until well coated.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth.
- Gently fold in half of the whipped topping, then spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of cold milk until it thickens.
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle mini chocolate chips or additional crushed Oreos.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set. Serve cold and enjoy!
