Ingredients
Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Orange Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup orange juice concentrate
- ½ cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 1 tsp orange zest (optional)
- 1 tsp powdered gelatin
- 2 tbsp cold water
Classic Cheesecake Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp powdered gelatin
- 2 tbsp cold water
Orange Jello Top Layer:
- 3 oz orange-flavored gelatin mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate.
- Orange Cream Cheese Layer:
- Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then melt.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange juice concentrate, and zest until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and melted gelatin.
- Spread over crust. Chill 1-2 hours.
- Classic Cheesecake Layer:
- Bloom and melt gelatin as above.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped cream and melted gelatin.
- Spread over orange layer. Chill 2-3 hours.
- Orange Jello Top Layer:
- Dissolve orange gelatin mix in boiling water. Add cold water and cool.
- Gently pour over cheesecake. Chill 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Serve:
- Run a knife around the pan edge, release the cheesecake, and slice.
