Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese (2% milk fat)
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Blend Cottage Cheese: Process cottage cheese in a food processor for 1–2 minutes until creamy. Add maple syrup and blend until combined.
  2. Mix with Greek Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, fold the whipped cottage cheese into the Greek yogurt with a silicone spatula.
  3. Assemble Jars: Layer jars with crushed graham crackers, cheesecake mixture, more graham crackers, berries, and finish with cheesecake mixture.
  4. Serve: Garnish with berries. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
