Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese (2% milk fat)
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries)
Instructions
- Blend Cottage Cheese: Process cottage cheese in a food processor for 1–2 minutes until creamy. Add maple syrup and blend until combined.
- Mix with Greek Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, fold the whipped cottage cheese into the Greek yogurt with a silicone spatula.
- Assemble Jars: Layer jars with crushed graham crackers, cheesecake mixture, more graham crackers, berries, and finish with cheesecake mixture.
