Description

A rich and creamy no-bake chocolate pie with a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup milk

Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan, forming an even crust. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat. Add the chocolate chips and stir constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Slowly add the cooled melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until smooth and well combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
  7. Pour the chocolate filling into the chilled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  8. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is set.
  9. Before serving, top the pie with whipped cream, if desired.

Notes

This pie can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.

If you want a firmer filling, leave it in the fridge overnight.

Feel free to use a store-bought crust to save time.

For variations, you can add fruit, nuts, or even peanut butter to the filling.

If making a vegan version, swap the dairy ingredients for vegan alternatives.
