A rich and creamy no-bake chocolate pie with a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk
Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until well mixed.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan, forming an even crust. Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat. Add the chocolate chips and stir constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Slowly add the cooled melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until smooth and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the chilled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until the filling is set.
- Before serving, top the pie with whipped cream, if desired.
Notes
This pie can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
If you want a firmer filling, leave it in the fridge overnight.
Feel free to use a store-bought crust to save time.
For variations, you can add fruit, nuts, or even peanut butter to the filling.
If making a vegan version, swap the dairy ingredients for vegan alternatives.
