- Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, and knead until a soft, pliable dough forms.
- Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into five equal portions. Flatten each piece and wrap it completely around a hard-boiled egg, sealing the edges tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over low heat. Fry the wrapped eggs until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve warm.
