Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
- 300g pasta (e.g., penne)
- 1 cup cream (full-fat)
- 2–3 tbsp Nando’s Peri-Peri Sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
- Fresh herbs (basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Marinate the chicken breasts with Nando’s Peri-Peri Sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and onion until soft. Add marinated chicken, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Prepare the Pasta & Sauce: Boil pasta to al dente. Drain and set aside. Add cream to the skillet with the chicken, simmering to create a smooth sauce.
- Final Assembly: Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet to coat with the sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs
