Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Dough: Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each one slightly into a disk.
  • Add the Cheese: Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  • Seal the Biscuits: Wrap the dough around the cheese, ensuring the edges are tightly sealed.
  • Prepare the Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Coat the Biscuits: Dip each sealed biscuit into the garlic butter mixture, coating it well.
  • Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place biscuits on the baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize these bombs with different cheeses, meats, or veggies.
  • To prevent cheese leakage, seal the dough tightly around the cheese.
  • These can be assembled ahead of time and baked later or frozen for later use.
