Ingredients

  • 4 oz goat cheese (soft, plain)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey (plus more for optional drizzle)
  • 3/4 cup pecans (diced, divided)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (diced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (minced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat goat cheese, cream cheese, cinnamon, and honey until smooth.
    • Fold in 1/2 cup of diced pecans.
  2. Make the Coating:
    • Mix the remaining pecans, cranberries, and parsley on parchment paper.
