Ingredients

- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Make the Meatloaf:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, ketchup, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
- Boil potatoes in a large pot of water until tender (15-20 minutes).
- Drain and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper to desired consistency.
- Make the Gravy:
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in beef broth, stirring until thickened.
