Ingredients

Instructions

  • Prepare the Herb Butter

    • Shape the mixture into a log using plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
  • Marinate the Steaks
    • Season both sides of the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
    • Rub olive oil over the steaks and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Cook the Steaks
    • Preheat a grill or skillet to high heat.
    • Grill or sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting for your preferred doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check for 135°F (medium-rare).
  • Add the Herb Butter
    • Transfer steaks to a cutting board.
