Description

These Little Debbie Christmas Cake Balls are a fun and easy holiday treat, combining the nostalgic flavors of Christmas Tree Cakes with creamy white chocolate coating and festive sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup red and green sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  • Add the softened cream cheese to the crumbs and mix until the mixture is moist and comes together.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted white chocolate, coating thoroughly.
  • Place the dipped cake balls back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with red and green sprinkles if desired.
  • Allow the chocolate coating to set before serving, or chill to speed up the process.

Notes

  • Be sure to use softened cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • For a smoother chocolate coating, you can add a teaspoon of vegetable oil to the melted white chocolate.
  • These cake balls can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
