  • 45 cups water (adjust based on taste)

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized pot, combine lavender flowers and sugar.
  • Add 1 cup of water and heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves, creating lavender-infused syrup.
  • Let the syrup cool, then strain to remove lavender flowers.
  • Mix the lavender syrup with lemon juice and remaining water to your preferred taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator. Serve over ice.
