Instructions

  • Prepare the Meatballs:
    • In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
    • Shape into small, evenly sized meatballs.
  • Cook the Meatballs:
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add meatballs and cook until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally.
    • Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Make the Spicy Mayo Dip:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Serve:
    • Arrange the meatballs on a serving platter.
    • Serve with spicy mayo dip on the side.
