Ingredients

For the Beef:

For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Bowl:

  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Beef

    • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil.
    • Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator).
  2. Cook the Beef

    • Heat a grill or pan over medium heat.
    • Cook the beef for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through.
  3. Prepare the Corn

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add corn, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
    • Cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly charred.
  4. Make the Creamy Sauce

    • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Assemble the Bowls

    • Divide the cooked rice into bowls.
