  • 2 ribs celery, sliced
  • 2 small carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 small sweet onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (or coconut aminos for Whole30)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Set the slow cooker to low to preheat.
  2. Sear the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef stew meat on all sides and transfer to the slow cooker.
