Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat ricotta, sugar, and butter until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in Limoncello and lemon zest.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, smooth the top, and bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
