- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- ¼ cup milk

- Pour in water, scraping up browned bits from the skillet. Simmer for 5-6 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in peas and carrots.

- In a large pot, cook cubed potatoes in salted water until tender (15 minutes).
- Drain and mash potatoes with Irish Cheddar, cream cheese, butter, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in egg yolk and milk.

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread meat mixture evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
