  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 seasoning cube
  • 1 teaspoon oregano powder

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder.
    • Add butter and mix until the texture resembles crumbs.
    • Gradually add cold milk to form a dough.
    • Cover and refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare the Filling:
    • Blend sausage with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano powder, egg, and a seasoning cube into a paste.
  • Roll Out the Dough:
    • Roll out the chilled dough into a flat rectangle.
    • Trim edges and divide into two equal parts.
  • Assemble the Rolls:
    • Lightly brush dough with egg wash.
    • Place the filling along the edge of one half and roll tightly. Repeat for the second piece.
  • Cut and Prepare for Baking:
    • Slice rolls into four equal pieces.
    • Arrange on a parchment-lined baking tray and brush tops with egg wash.
  • Bake:
    • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
