Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line a small baking dish (about 8×4 inches) with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix melted coconut oil, peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and press them in gently.
- Place the dish in the freezer for about 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
- Remove from the freezer, cut into small squares, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
