- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
