This easy-to-make recipe combines honey’s sweetness with the heat of Sriracha, creating a delicious glaze that coats juicy chicken thighs. Ingredients

  • 68 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken thighs in the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor).
  • Arrange the marinated chicken in your prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • For extra caramelization, brush the chicken with more glaze and broil for 3-5 minutes, keeping an eye on it to avoid burning.

Notes

  • For a grilled version, baste the chicken with the glaze as it cooks to prevent burning and create a smoky, crispy exterior.
  • Add vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas to the dish for extra flavor and color.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
