Ingredients
- 6–8 chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor).
- Arrange the marinated chicken in your prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- For extra caramelization, brush the chicken with more glaze and broil for 3-5 minutes, keeping an eye on it to avoid burning.
Notes
- For a grilled version, baste the chicken with the glaze as it cooks to prevent burning and create a smoky, crispy exterior.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas to the dish for extra flavor and color.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
