Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Honey Syrup:
- Combine all syrup ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Cool completely before using.
- Prepare the Baklava Layers:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix pistachios, walnuts, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Layer 6 phyllo sheets, brushing each with melted butter.
