Ingredients
- 270g beef cocktail sausages (18 sausages)
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 ½ tbsp runny honey
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan)/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
- In a small bowl, mix the wholegrain mustard, honey, and sea salt to create the glaze.
- Arrange the cocktail sausages on a baking tray.
- Pour the glaze over the sausages and toss them to coat evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and sticky.
