Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • Optional seasonings: everything bagel seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, grated cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (177°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Cottage Cheese: Use a tablespoon or small scoop to place cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between scoops.
  • Flatten Scoops: Gently flatten each scoop to 3/16–1/4 inch thick.
  • Add Seasonings: Sprinkle desired seasonings on top of each flattened scoop.
  • Bake: Bake for 40–50 minutes, until edges are dark brown and centers are golden.
  • Cool Completely: Let the chips cool on the baking sheet to crisp up fully.
  • Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately or store as directed.
