Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and nutritional yeast (if using). Blend again until well combined.
