Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, and nutritional yeast (if using). Blend again until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe bowl.
