Description

A heavenly dessert combining fudgy brownies, creamy peanut butter, rich vanilla pudding, and whipped topping. Topped with mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, this indulgent treat is perfect for any sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 package fudge brownie mix
  • 2 packages miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 4 cups cold milk (preferably 2%)
  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) thawed Cool Whip

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 12×9-inch pan.
  • Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions, then pour into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Once cooled, cut the brownies into 3/4-inch thick slices. Cut the miniature Reese’s cups in half and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat the instant vanilla pudding mix with 4 cups of cold milk for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens. Stir in vanilla extract and peanut butter until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip until smooth.
  • In a 5-quart glass dish, layer one-third of the brownies, followed by a layer of peanut butter cups, then one-third of the pudding mixture.
  • Repeat the layers twice more. Top with the remaining Cool Whip and reserved peanut butter cups.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes

  • Make sure the brownies are completely cooled before assembling the layers to prevent the pudding from becoming runny.
  • This dessert can be made a day ahead and refrigerated overnight for even better flavor melding.
  • For an extra decadent touch, drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
