Instructions
- Whisk together all the sauce ingredients (garlic, ginger, lime zest, rice vinegar, honey, and toasted sesame oil) in a bowl.
- Heat a pan and brown the chicken on both sides, then set it aside.
- In the same pan, add the marinade and bring it to a high heat. Allow the sauce to thicken and pull away from the pan.
- Add the chicken back to the pan and toss it in the sauce until fully coated.
- Serve with green beans, quinoa, or your choice of rice.
