- 1½ cups water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 ounces chow mein noodles
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Mix Ingredients: Combine ground beef, soups, onion, celery, water chestnuts, uncooked rice, water, and soy sauce in a large bowl.
