Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Break into crumbles as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
- Pour in the cream soup and milk (or water and sour cream mixture) and stir well to combine.
