Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- Pinch of salt
- 11 ounces white chocolate morsels
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green gel food coloring
- Green sugar and red heart sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine Mix-Ins: In a large mixing bowl, add white chocolate morsels, marshmallow cream, peppermint extract, and a drop of green gel food coloring.
- Cook the Mixture: In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine butter, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Continue boiling for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Mix Together: Remove from heat and pour the hot mixture over the white chocolate mixture. Blend with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Pour and Garnish: Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, sprinkle with green sugar, and place red heart sprinkles on top. Press lightly into the fudge.
- Set the Fudge: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
