Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, rinsed and ends trimmed
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
  • ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Boil the Green Beans – Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the green beans and salt. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain.
