Instructions
- Prepare the Batter:

- Heat the Oil:
- Pour 2 inches of vegetable oil into a skillet or fryer and heat to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry the Sticks:
- Transfer batter into a squeeze bottle or piping bag with a large tip.
- Pipe batter into hot oil in long strips, frying a few at a time.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Drain and Serve:
- Remove sticks from oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with optional dipping sauces.
