Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
- Optional: nuts, chocolate chips, or sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and flour. Stir until well combined.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Bake for 9 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra fudgy cookies, use less flour and slightly underbake them.
- Chilling the dough for 15 minutes can prevent cookies from spreading too much.
- Use butter instead of vegetable oil for a richer flavor.
- Store at room temperature for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
