Instructions
- Prepare the Cake Batter:
In a large bowl, mix butter, applesauce, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until combined. - Make the Cinnamon Sugar Filling:
In a bowl, mix melted butter, oat flour, sugar, and cinnamon until uniform. - Prepare the Crumble Topping:
Combine brown sugar, almond flour, oat flour, cinnamon, and butter. Mix with hands or a fork until crumbly. - Assemble the Cake:
Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish. Spread half the cake batter evenly. Sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar filling over the batter and gently swirl. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling. - Bake the Cake:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25 minutes. - Add the Crumble Topping:
Remove the cake, sprinkle the crumble topping, and press lightly into the surface. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 18 minutes. - Cool and Serve:
