Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Marinate the Cod: Coat cod fillets with marinade in a shallow dish. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake the Cod: Arrange cod on the baking sheet, brush with leftover marinade, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Prepare the Glaze: Simmer remaining marinade in a saucepan for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
