Ingredients
- Shrimp: 1 lb medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined

- Heavy Cream: 1 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- Parmesan Cheese: ½ cup, grated (divided)
- Panko Breadcrumbs: ½ cup

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
