Ingredients

 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
 
For the Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes:
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
 - ½ cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - ½ cup cooked beef, crumbled
 - 2 green onions, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Boil peeled and cubed potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15-20 minutes). Drain and set aside.
 
 - Cook the Chicken & Steak:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Cook the cubed chicken and steak until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
 - Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
 - Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and cook for another minute. Remove from heat.
 
 - Make the Mashed Potatoes:
- Mash drained potatoes with butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
 - Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cooked beef, and green onions. Mix well.
