Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits per can)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare Ground Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with salt and pepper (5-7 minutes). Drain grease.
  • Add Seasoning and Cheese: Mix in garlic powder and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Remove from heat.
  • Prepare Biscuit Dough: Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle on a floured surface.
  • Assemble Bombs: Add a spoonful of the beef mixture and remaining cheddar cheese to the dough’s center. Fold edges and pinch to seal into a ball.
  • Add Parmesan Topping: Brush bombs with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  • Bake: Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve: Cool slightly and enjoy warm.

Notes

  • Variations: Use mozzarella or pepper jack for different flavors. Add jalapeños for heat or sautéed onions for depth.
  • Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 10 minutes.
