Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the perfect party food or appetizer, offering a delicious twist on traditional cheeseburgers. Juicy ground beef, gooey cheese, and a burst of garlic flavor wrapped in soft biscuit dough create the ultimate savory snack. Easy to make and irresistibly tasty, these bite-sized bombs are ideal for family meals, game days, or gatherings. A combination of cheddar, parmesan, and garlic gives these cheeseburger bombs a rich, bold flavor that will leave everyone asking for more.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Brown the meat for 5-7 minutes, then drain excess grease and stir in half the cheddar cheese.
  3. Roll out each biscuit to about 4 inches wide. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each biscuit and top with more shredded cheese. Fold the biscuit dough around the filling, sealing the edges tightly.
  4. Arrange the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet, seam side down, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese. Brush this garlic butter mixture over the baked bombs before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute cheddar cheese with mozzarella, pepper jack, or a cheese blend for a unique twist.
  • Use homemade biscuit dough if you prefer a fresher touch instead of refrigerated dough.
