- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Boil the lo mein noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
