  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Cook until golden and fully cooked (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Prepare the Sauce: Add chicken broth, scraping the skillet to deglaze. Add gnocchi, simmer for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Combine Ingredients: Reduce heat to medium-low. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Return chicken to the skillet and stir in Parmesan cheese. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
