Description

This easy-to-make Garlic Butter Steak Bites recipe features tender steak cubes seared to perfection and coated in a savory garlic butter sauce with a touch of rosemary. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions. With its rich flavor, this dish is a crowd-pleaser and will quickly become a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ribeye steak, pounded to 1/2″ thickness and cut into 1.5″ cubes
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or thyme)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Season the steak cubes generously with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a large pan over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add olive oil and let it heat for about a minute.
  • Brown the steak by cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side, ensuring it’s seared evenly. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt the butter, scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon. Add garlic and rosemary, cooking until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Return the steak to the pan and baste with the garlic butter for 1-2 minutes, depending on your desired doneness.
  • Serve with a garnish of fresh parsley and more salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

  • Different Cuts of Steak: You can substitute ribeye with sirloin, tenderloin, or New York strip for variation.
  • Add Spices: Spice things up by adding smoked paprika or ground cumin to the garlic butter.
  • Shallots Option: For a milder flavor, swap garlic with shallots.
