Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Salt, to taste
8 small flour or corn tortillas
Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
