Ingredients
- 2 eggs (fried, scrambled, or poached)

- 1 tomato, halved
- ½ cup baked beans (British-style)
- 1–2 slices of black pudding (optional)
- 4–5 mushrooms, sliced
- 2 slices of toast or fried bread
- 1 tbsp butter (for frying)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the sausages: In a large skillet, cook sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through (8-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Cook the bacon: In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté the mushrooms: Add butter to the skillet, sauté mushrooms for 4-5 minutes until golden. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the tomatoes: Place halved tomatoes cut-side down in the skillet; cook for 3-4 minutes until softened and caramelized. Remove and set aside.
- Fry the black pudding (optional): Fry slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Warm the baked beans: Heat baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed through.
- Cook the eggs: Prepare eggs as desired—fried, scrambled, or poached. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast or fry the bread: Toast slices of bread or fry them in butter until golden.
- Assemble and serve: Arrange all components on a large plate. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
