Ingredients
- 1 sachet powdered gelatine (or 4 gelatine leaves, soaked)
- 200ml whole milk or milk alternative
- 150g strawberries
- 50g raspberries
Instructions
- Warm the Milk: Heat the milk gently in a saucepan over low heat. Add gelatine, stirring until fully dissolved. Do not allow the milk to boil.
- Add Fruits: Blend the strawberries and raspberries into the milk mixture using a blender or immersion blender until smooth.
- Set the Jelly: Pour the mixture into serving dishes or molds. Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours until set.
Notes
- For a vegan version, use agar-agar and plant-based milk.
- Adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if needed.
